How it works

Three steps. Grow with us.

01

Apply to become a Rila creator

Rila reviews every application and approves or declines based on mutual fit. There is no automatic acceptance.

02

Document and share

Post honestly about what you’re living, to the audience you already have. Your formats, your platforms, your voice.

03

Track and scale revenue

Earn $100 on every qualified conversion, uncapped. What you were already going to post starts earning.

Who this is for

This works for some creators. Not for all of them.

This is for you if

You’re currently on a GLP-1 for weight loss, or are actively considering starting one.

You post consistently to an audience that actually trusts you

You’re comfortable on camera talking honestly about weight, body, and health

You want a partnership that compounds over time, not a single sponsored post

You’ll disclose the paid partnership on every piece of content, every time

This is not for you if

You are not currently on a GLP-1 for weight loss, and are not actively considering starting one.

You produce content for brands’ channels and don’t post to an audience of your own

You’re looking for a flat fee to post once and move on

You want guaranteed approval or guaranteed earnings

You’d rather not mention that the partnership is paid

You want medication without clinical evaluation or ongoing provider oversight

You want to run competing GLP‑1 programs alongside this one

Rila evaluates creator applications, and providers evaluate patients. Both happen, and applying is not an automatic guarantee on either side.

What you get

Creator benefits

First three months covered

Your first three months of GLP‑1 medication, shipped to you at no cost. Medication is provided only if an independent licensed provider determines that treatment is appropriate for you.

$100 per qualified conversion, uncapped

One hundred dollars for every qualified conversion, uncapped. Commission terms, tracking, and payout are set out in the Rila Creator Affiliate Agreement and confirmed when you’re approved.

24/7 support

Questions don’t keep business hours. Support is available around the clock, the same as it is for every Rila patient.

Clinician check-ins

Ongoing check-ins with the clinical team while you’re on the program. Your care doesn’t stop at the first shipment.

Creator compensation, including medication provided at no cost, is taxable income and may be reported on a Form 1099.

What they get

How your audience benefits

$50 off their first order

Anyone who comes through you gets fifty dollars off their first order. A real reason to click, not a courtesy discount.

Access to the Rila care team

Direct access to the Rila care team for questions about the program, their plan, and their shipments.

24/7 support

The same around-the-clock support you get. Nobody is handed off to a lesser tier because they came from a creator.

Clinician check-ins

Ongoing check-ins with a clinician, so the people who follow you aren’t left to work it out alone.

Pricing and eligibility are subject to provider evaluation. Treatment is not guaranteed for any patient.

Creator deliverables

What am I responsible for?

Your story

Told your way

The formats you already make, on the platforms you’re already on. Rila shows up because it’s part of your life, not because a brief told you to mention it.

No script.

UGC

From people actually living it

The content comes from creators on the program, not hired actors reading lines. All creator content goes through Rila’s content approval workflow before it runs, and every piece must disclose the paid partnership.

Approved, and disclosed.

Your lane

You do what you’re already good at

You know your audience and your account better than any brand does. Rila shapes the work with you instead of handing you a checklist.

Partner, not vendor.

Applications are reviewed for mutual fit. Approval isn’t guaranteed, and applying doesn’t commit you to anything.

Rila

Verify Approval for www.joinrila.com

Rila is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent, US-licensed healthcare providers. Rila does not provide medical care or prescribe medication; all care decisions are made by independent providers. Prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation and only if a provider determines treatment is appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Individual results vary; weight-loss outcomes are based on clinical studies of GLP-1 medications combined with diet and exercise. This website does not offer medical advice — consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Medical provider partners

We are partnered with DrTelx (drtelx.com), an independent telehealth medical group whose providers are licensed in the states where we offer care. We work exclusively with licensed U.S. pharmacies that meet rigorous regulatory and quality standards. Our pharmacy partners include EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Professional Pharmacy, and Emerald Pharmacy. Every pharmacy in our network is licensed in the states where it dispenses, accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), board-certified, and LegitScript-approved. All prescriptions are filled and shipped by these licensed U.S. pharmacies in compliance with applicable state and federal law.

States served

Our telehealth services are available to patients located in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. All consultations are conducted by licensed U.S. healthcare providers, and all prescriptions are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Treatment is only provided where clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable state and federal law. Availability of specific medications may vary by state based on state regulations and provider licensure. Asynchronous (online questionnaire) care is available in the following 44 states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY. A live (synchronous) consultation with a provider is required before treatment in these 7 jurisdictions: District of Columbia (DC), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Mississippi (MS), New Mexico (NM), Rhode Island (RI), West Virginia (WV).

Important safety information

The assessment made available on the Rila website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and Rila. Rila, a network of US-licensed doctors that adhere to rigorous medical protocols designed for patient safety, has established exclusionary criteria to determine if an individual does not qualify for GLP-1s. The answers an individual provides to the Rila assessment consequently determine if the individual is screened out of eligibility for GLP-1 medication, and a Rila clinician will meet with an individual after checkout to determine if they qualify for a prescription. Rila clinicians retain the decision to prescribe compounded GLP-1s to patients.

All claims and benefits on this website refer to self-reported data from GLP-1 customers on a treatment plan that includes compounded GLP-1 medications and consultations with medical professionals. Customers reported their weight on their initial medical intake questionnaire and every 3-4 weeks thereafter. Results from compounded medications found on the Rila platform may vary and be affected by an individual’s adherence to the program and their clinician’s recommendations. Compounded GLP-1s are produced in FDA-regulated facilities. Although these facilities are highly regulated, the medications are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality. The decision to use compounded drugs is guided by the licensed provider’s medical judgment, which is informed by a telehealth consultation and medical history.

We encourage all prospective users of compounded medications to speak with their provider about the specific risks and benefits that may come with the use of compounded medication. Rila does not produce compounded medications, and individuals may receive medication that looks different than what is portrayed on the website.
